One-Year Warranty for All TIGERXBANG Paddle Boards

We are proud to offer a one-year limited warranty on all of our paddle boards. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. Please be aware that those damages/defects are NOT covered by our warranty:

  • Damages/Defects caused by improper use or storage.
  • Damages/Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Damages/Defects caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damages/Defects caused by load beyond the maximum standard recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Damages/Defects caused by impact with any objects(rocks, docks, other boards, etc.)
  • Boards used in rental, competitions, teaching or other business activities.

90-Day Warranty for Accessories

If you notice any accessories missing when you first receive the package, please contact us for a new replacement within 7 days from date of delivery. Any new replacement requests caused by shipping will be invalidated after 7 days from date of delivery. We offer a 90-day warranty on all accessories for any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. Please be aware that those damages/defects are NOT covered by our warranty:

  • Damages/Defects caused by improper installation, improper use or storage.
  • Damages/Defects caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Damages/Defects caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damages/Defects caused by impact with any objects(rocks, docks, other boards, etc.)
  • Accessories used in rental, competitions, teaching or other business activities.
  • Accessories missed.

How to Claim a Warranty

If you notice the items are defective under warranty, please reach out to us at services@tigerxbangpaddleboards.com with the following information provided:

1. Proof of Purchase ( Order number, Invoice, etc.)

2. Photos/Videos showing about the problems.

Our after-sales team service will follow up with your questions within 48 hours. Replacement parts may be sent to you after our diagnosis. If the damages/defects can not be fixed, we'll either exchange or return the product at no additional cost of you.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

Please note that our warranty is only valid for the original buyer. Any purchases from authorized sellers are not covered by our warranty. Warranty for purchases made through other authorized sellers may vary. Please directly contact your seller for after-sales service. As an honorable brand, we hold ourselves and our authorized sellers to the highest standards of customer service. We also inspect the after-sales service of our dealers and distributors to ensure that they meet our high standards.
